it's been awhile.
i just need some space, from everyone.

let me reiterate this for the very last time, my job is not easy. yes, i agree that all i have to do is answer calls for 11.5hours. but it's not mere calls, too often the initial phone call is just the beginning of what would become a protracted and frustrating series of events. As a matter of fact, the customer will probably use his/her entire repertoire of curse words to illustrate the level of frustration being felt.

do you think you can handle that? everything is easier said than done. this job not only requires critical decision making, the main demand is patience. to top all that, after you've ended the call, it's disheartening to see there's 40 more customers waiting on the line. i always have this great fear while awaiting for a call to come in, will the next caller be a mild mannered customer or a fire spitting swearing machine?

but before you could be judgmental of my entries, i need to clarify that im not complaining. i just need people to put themselves in my shoes. most deals with papers and bosses. but i deal with papers, customers (with fluctuating moods) and not forgetting bosses too. yes, every job is hard, but im just human. i feel stretched and it has brought up to my attention that this job is slowly depriving me of a proper life.

please understand if i say i desperately want to leave.

as the saying goes, "it's always greener on the other side".

i think this is an overdue entry. but, i was really sick for the past few days. so yes, i am forgiven right?

first, i would like to thank everyone who came. the event was more like an old school gathering. . from primary to secondary to poly. thank you so much all for taking time off from your hangout saturdays. and special thanks to ila, who came all the way from work to doll me up.

thank you.
thank you.
and
thank you!

words can't describe how i feel. so, congratulations to me! and of course my one and only brother. for some whom i fergot to inform, my brother got married the next day after my engagement. ah yes, killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

just one step away from the big day.
